Draft City General Plan – Community Review and Feedback Requested
A General Plan is a long-term policy document that helps guide the future growth and development of the City. It outlines goals and recommendations related to land use, housing, transportation, public facilities, parks, utilities, and overall quality of life. While the General Plan does not change zoning or approve specific projects, it serves as a roadmap to assist City leaders in making thoughtful and informed decisions for the community over the coming years.
Community input is an important part of this process. Your ideas, concerns, and perspectives help ensure the plan reflects the values and priorities of those who live and work in Woodland Hills. We encourage residents to review the draft plan and provide comments or suggestions.
Comments may be submitted by email to Planning Commission Chair Wayne Frandsen at [email protected].
Additional opportunities for public comment will also be available, including a public hearing scheduled for June 17th, 2026.
Thank you for your interest and involvement in shaping the future of Woodland Hills. We appreciate your participation and look forward to hearing from you.
