Woodland Hills City will never ask you to pay a City fee through a wire transfer.
Be alert for fraudulent messages, including those sent by AI bots or automated accounts, that impersonate the City and request payment.
If you receive a suspicious payment request:
• Do not send money, click links, or share personal or financial information.\ • Contact the City Office directly using the contact information on the City’s official website to verify the request.\ • Report the suspicious message to the City.
