The following revisions have been made to the code…

Removed 10-12-8 on Architectural and Landscaping Standards

Removed 2-3-1 and 2-3-2  Establishing City Committees

Removed 8-4-6 on Pressurized Irrigation Water System

Removed from the fencing definition “including dirt”

10-4-3-B. BUILDING PERMIT- wording on who can grant a variance.

                BASEMENT OR CELLAR: The space of a building where the floor level is more than four (4) feet below the adjoining finished grade

                BUILDING HEIGHT: The vertical distance to a maximum of 35 feet from the natural lowest point to the highest point of the coping of a flat roof, or to the deck line of a mansard roof, or the man height level between eaves and ridge for gable, hip, or gambrel roofs

                STORY, FIRST: As applied to the residential districts, means the lowest story or the ground story of any building , the floor of which is less than four (4) feet below the average contact ground level at the exterior walls of the building.
