NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
City of Woodland Hills
The WOODLAND HILLS CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
– The WOODLAND HILLS CITY tax on a $537,000 residence would increase from $1,161.91 to $1,425.65, which is $263.74 per year.
– The WOODLAND HILLS CITY tax on a $537,000 business would increase from $2,112.56 to $2,592.10, which is $479.54 per year.
– If the proposed budget is approved, WOODLAND HILLS CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 22.71% above last year’s property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
